anyone from a daughter friend to a penpal to a philosophical like-mind to a distant romance. I know no one is moving to this village in northern Ontario, and I'm not rich enough to travel on my small pension. I host couch-surfers and touring musicians. Like lots of new and old music, mostly folksinger/songwriters, alternative, indie, jazz, blues and punk, etc.
Not interested in a traditional mating unless it brings me a family of the heart. I miss that, so will adopt or support as i can. You can be far from my age or place in this over-populated world as long as your thoughts and feelings are near.
I'm a quiet, laid-back, left-handed Cancer. Philosophical, visual, love music, photography, design, and nature. left-leaning, socially active and global conscious. Kinda shy with women, work best with creative, equal minds. Kinda picky too, looking for an attractive woman real friend and love, affectionate heart, but not so much casual relationships. I can abstain very well, but intellectually like-minded friends seem hard to find in the north. Oh and I like cats AND dogs, (and most animals and life forms) but lately seem to have cats, since my old and difficult german shepherd passed on.
