I am a senior lecturer in a college near London. I enjoy reading poetry and writing poems too. I love all kinds of music and above all the ocean where i dive on a regular basis. I play volley ball and enjoy dining and cooking too. I think i have a sense of humour or at least that is what my students tell me. I chose teaching as it is the noblest profession because it involves the care and moulding of the young and i have always enjoyed helping my fellow men. As a matter of fact i went to Africa when 21 to teach young deprived kids on a voluntary basis and this was the most gratifying experience in my life.

Some may well think that at 53 i am way past my sell by date as i have noticed some are prescriptive as regards the age one should ideally be. As far as i am concerned there is plenty of life in this old dog yet!
