My name is Laurent, born in France. I decided to leave Europe at a young age, after getting my bachelor I travelled a bit around the world and settled in the Pacific islands at first then in Cambodia. I love Asia and I don't think I will ever go back to Europe for a living.
I visited Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam several times and I love those countries. Despite all odds, I am still searching for my life partner. I have met many people, but I have been deceived so many times, to the point I'm really losing hope.
I have the disadvantage to be very shy and clumsy, but I am old enough to not be naive anymore. So usually I stay alone I don't have many friends because I don't belong to any group and I am quite afraid of deception. I am a computer guy and spend a lot of time working and I am interested by all news around the world and to have profound conversations.
I do not want to ask my partner to have profound conversations as well. This is just a trait of myself. I just want someone that can be caring and understand me. I suffered a lot due to the fact I am shy and not able to connect easily with people.
