I welcome contact with other fellow travelers, women. I am looking for a good friend and companion someone to connect with in deep friendship I know this takes time, but...why not. My journey has been interesting, compelling and often more than a little absurd.

I still maintain my youthful enthusiasms, but I can now sit silent as well. I love engagement in the world, but treasure solitude

and the stillness of the natural world. I welcome technology but

wonder if we are being diminished or expanded by it.

I love women yet am grateful that I am a man & I cherish the erotic

connection between the two as one of the true joys of life.

I have been successful, have a creative mind, a fit body and a keen

sense of fun. My children are grown and I have a home I built with

my own hands in Denver. I am well educated, a skilled writer and

communicator but am suspicious of those who use only their heads or

only their hearts or only their hands.

I don't believe in God...but if he exists he is so far beyond what we

can imagine that what's the use, we'll always get it wrong.

I believe we are the greatest creations of the life force: beautiful,

fierce and noble creatures. I believe we will not survive as a

species: that consciousness is more than we can bear.

I am joyful in my life, after a long time of sadness, even despair. I

believe in true love, even if it doesn't exist. I believe in the

power of persistence, integrity, of anger, revenge and forgiveness.

I believe in sending messages into the ether and perhaps they'll

bounce back to me as if off a distant star.
