I am an honest hard working single parent who's been focused on raising my son for the last 16 yrs. Having completed that task, I would hope to find a friend that might develop into something long term, but not wanting to rush anything.
I enjoy anything to do with the outdoors, from camping to keeping a garden up to fishing. I am a giving person by nature, so I spend a lot of time doing for friends, mostly fixing things for them. I will go out of my way to help anyone I can, even though it has burned me a few times to do so.
I am fortunate enough to have a job that I really enjoy, and very thankful for that.
I have a great sense of humor and have a caring heart. Something I do not believe in nor have the time for is playing games with peoples emotions. I have discovered that there is quite a bit of that on these dating sites but I do know that not everyone is that way.
