First off, I'm totally open long term romance, but I'm here just to connect with some smart funny sweet girls.

I'm geeky artistic, creative and musical. Love biking, cooking, movies and laughter. I like to think of myself as open, honest, playful, dorky person who loves silliness++. I love abstract (in art and nature) and surrealism. I find inspiration in everything I see. I was blown away by the Surrealist show back in Sept 2011 at the Vancouver Art Gallery. I enjoy all kinds of movies. I'm just as much a sucker for a good documentary as I am for a superhero flick.

I find value in almost all experiences. I do my best to let go of attachments and mind my expectations. Trying to think less, and feel more. In general, I try to be self-aware. Aware of my thoughts, beliefs, values etc. I'm not materialistic and try to keep things minimal. I just try and do what I love, and do my best. Spending as much of my time as possible doing things that bring me joy. I feel things happen when they are supposed to happen, and for a reason. I consider myself to be an open minded skeptic. A wise man once said that is better to have a mind opened by wonder, than one closed by belief. I try and live by this. I don't always succeed. A few values that are important to me. Creativity, compassion, connection, loyalty, silliness and equality.

I have an relatively eclectic taste in music (Classical, Jazz, Rock, 80's pop) but do tend to listen to a lot of electronic music. Some of my favorite films are; It's All Gone Pete Tong, Pi, Powder, The Peaceful Warrior. Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind, The Big white Cold Souls, Three Colours RED and all Wes Anderson films to name a tiny few. I have a huge list really. I sometimes wish I there was a procedure that would erase my movie memories like an Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless MOVIE mind. So I could see some of my favorites over for the first time. Or course there are great new creations that are worthy of experiencing.

I love my job, my friends and tend to be pretty happy in general. I enjoy sitting at the beach end of a work day to relax or make music on my laptop. I think that's enough for now. Please say hello :-)
