Hi,
My name is Michael, but I answer to Mick or Mike too!
I'm a 6'2”, average build happy-go-lucky Yorkshireman, now living in Leicester. I own my own home and 2 rescue cats (mum and daughter)
My life was running smoothly, until I had a series of bad ‘events' happen to me….the most serious of which was my wife cheating on me after which I suffered a stroke. I was forced into early retirement (as a scientist), though I get a good pension from the University where I used to work. Sadly, I can no longer drive, which is a bit of a bummer!
I might be disabled but I still have a lot to offer.
I can't help but think that there is someone out there for me to share life with.
So I'm looking for love/companionship again. I miss going out for meals, going to the theatre, going shopping, even just sitting and chatting over a drink.
My hobbies are listening to my 5000+ collection of CD's,
2. Watercolour Painting,
3. Writing (poetry, short stories and 2 books { 1 adult and 1children's}.
I'm hoping that there is a lady out there, with similar interests, hopes and dreams.
I love… Chinese food, Italian food english food.
I hate… Indian food (too spicey)
And that's about it…. For now!
