I am english born in London and my best friends would describe me as humorous, smart, caring, open-minded and down to earth.

I have lived and taught English in London, Thailand, Indonesia...and now here I am in mainland Spain...and after 5 years here, my Spanish is still awful but I am still learning :)

I go to a gym 3 times a week....There comes a time in your life when your body really is your temple..so nothing wrong with a little bit of self preservation and restoration........ Why grow old gracefully when you can grow old with style! ;)

I suppose that "communicating" with others is what I am particularly good at.

In either a professional or social environment.

Also, enjoying my own company has never been a problem....Yes, there are times when I feel alone...but never lonely....

However, the company of a good woman is a damn fine reason to take me out of my comfort zone :)

Favourite books/author...Definitely Lee Childs and John Grisham at the moment :)

Movies....Anything as long as there is no gratuitous violence.....what's the point and why bother?

Music...80s Soul, Luther Vandross, 60s Motown, Nat king Cole (and many others)

Food....If it looks good, I will eat it. :)
