I love to workout just about everyday and I'm a health nut (pescetarian). I love cooking and quality time with family, especially my kids who are now ages twenty-two and eighteen. Oh, also my dog. I like going on long walks, bike rides and hikes. I love learning new things, read alot of nonfiction in my ever expanding search for knowledge for health and fitness. As well as for our earth and all that it has to offer including us humans. I wear my heart on my sleeve, I'm sensitive and caring. I like to listen to all kinds of music but mainly rock and R'n'B.
