Above all else I want and need you to know that i am a loved and lovable human being. But you will learn this from my words and my actions- the lessons on love are in how I treat you and how I treat myself . I engage with the world from a place of worthiness . You will learn that you are worthy of love, belonging and joy every time you see me practice self compassion and embrace my own imperfections . I practice courage by showing up, by letting myself be scene and honoring vulnerability. I will share my stories of struggle and strength . There will always be room in my home for both .

My ideal relationship will include a daily practice of authenticity. For me choosing authenticity means cultivating the courage to be emotionally honest , the compassion that comes from knowing that we are all made of strength and struggle, the connection and sense of belonging that can only happen when we let go of what we are supposed to be and embrace who we are.
