I am a confident individual that is felt upon first meeting, instantly youll understand what I am saying. My presense is so much more then words I can fit here on this little box to type about ourselves, I am a taurus, born on 4/20 lol, I always make things light hearted especially initially, but I am a playful person by nature. I am usually down for whatever if you want to get to know me more dont be afraid to send a message to, or start conversation even with just a "hey" is enough for me to work with. I do all the small things that make an extra effort known that I am affectionate and passionate by opening the door for you when your getting into my car. The type of person I am looking for i some one willing to participate in diagule back and forth to get to know each other and dialogue into some interests and what your looking for in a partner like i can potentially be. I am looking someone who, for example, doesnt have to be confident, but is open to having a good time in however we feel we want to continue in getting to know one another in all kind of ways, because every person even reading this is someone who is at the very least looking to at the very least say Hey, either in reply or by initiating contact My job is food and beverage director at this sports recreation complex in elkhorn, making good money as I am the boss who runs the entire area. Every small detail in really anywhere, but in particular, my way because thats the way my nature brings me to doing so. It has been extremely effective in building great relationships with coworkers, the GM ( only person above me in the entire business of course other than the Owners, who are just a few that never really come around so we dont worry about them. Having Rachel as my GM has been the biggest blessing in a long time. in the past I have continuously had bad management above me now that I see what a good one is like its like i cant believe I used to put up with the things I did in the past with demanding bosses.

This is my third different location working for the same owners, managing all 3. I have shown that I am very good at the job, so I make sure the GM rachel knows she doesnt ever have to worry about my area, and that I have it completely handled. If there is ever anything needed to discuss it is done very effectively and positively done. Its so great having a good boss
