I movinsoon have vocatControl Points) and Level 2 IVQ diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (Culinary Arts) by City&Guilds. I did my internship in Hotel Les Ottomans which is one of the most prestigious hotels in Istanbul for the last four months of my training. Afterwards I worked as a chef in an italian restaurant in Hotel Adam&Eve, Antalya. I had the last laugh , I became a chef and then came back to Istanbul because it was a seasonal work. At present I work as a chef de patie in 360, one of the most respectable restauranst and night clubs in Istanbul. Iíve had a great success in a very short time and it fills me with pride.
