I'm a Unitarian Universalist, I was born in Michigan and my hair is white I am retired, living in a charming historic town in central Mexico. I've developed a passion, rather late in life, for small-scale, intensive, organic gardening. Movies and walking are my favorite recreations. I lived on the water the first 60 years of my liife and I miss it. Two of my great grandfathers were ships' captains on the Great Lakes. I also miss humidity and forests. I own my apartment in the Historic Centre and appreciate people who are financially stable. I have looked at different places to live and recently visited Vancouver Island and Victoria and fell in love. I lived in Bellingham, WA for a period, where my mother lived, before I moved to Florida and then Mexico. My only child, my son, is an airline captain for the United arab Emirates flag carrier; he lives in Abu Dhabi. He favors the Northwest over any other place in the world for his vacations. I'm pretty happy, prefer small gatherings of a few friends from time to time, practice yoga at least once a week, and have amazing health. No medications at all. I like men/people who are capable of deep interest in, or committment to, something.
