In a dysfunctional world of somewhat dysfunctional people, I class myself as ‘normal’ which might be 'gas-lighting?' LoL (A phrase I have just learnt.) I am 74 and am not in denial of my age but am fortunate to be fit and healthy without any paranoias on food and health products. I cook and eat as I please and am independent in as much as self-sufficiency. I am tidy but have no OCDs and let people be who they are without trying to control them. I am a carer by nature - a nurturer and morally sound so, there will be no head games, lewd postings or such chat I believe in God. I do not preach and allow others their views on all subjects. I'm not out to change anybody although 'coupledom' inevitably causes some. I aim to exist with disagreements on views and topics - that's healthy. If you're the type that likes to argue, move on, I'm not here to waste time or my life on ANY form of animosity. I drink socially which means, in-moderation. I don’t ‘do’ any drugs of any description and I don’t smoke either. I don’t rule out some weed or maybe even smoking in looking here but prefer its absence. I do NOT do excess drinkers. I do ‘do,’ activities and am always open to suggestion? Anything water is good and outdoor things like skiing, snowshoeing, walking, riding bikes even tennis and pickleball are on my list although free-falling is probably not any more (try me?). The usual camping and travelling are good too. I live here in Vernon so have plenty to do. I am a happy person and smile a lot and a bunch of us do sing on karaoke so nothing much is off-limits (I think?). I am looking for compatibility obviously but again, am open-minded we all bring different things to the table after all.
