I'm 58 years old I am retired due to multiple health issues. Don't worry I'm not on my last leg although you might think i am as i had a below knee amputation back in 2024, LOL. but these issues dont keep me down. I use humour to deal with what life throws at me. I live in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
I'm very independent & stubborn to ask for help.
I enjoy great company for nights out, wether it's a meal, going to the cinema/theatre. Or just a nice leisurely drive out. But I'm also happy cuddled up on the sofa watching a film or listening to music or chatting with a drink.
In my spare time I enjoy both competition & pleasure fishing. I have done ten pin bowling in the past but would like to give it another go since my amputation.
I also enjoy the gym & swimming, mainly to improve my health but especially my body strength.
The above things have pushed me to work towards enjoying life more. I'm a keen competitive & pleasure angler. I now enjoy going to the gym & swimming. Love going to the cinema aswell as a nice night out at a restaurant.
