Ive been living in Winnipeg for about three years now. I recently moved into my own condo. I should let you know I have Cerebral Palsy. I have limited movement in one arm and both of my legs are affected. I am also in an electric wheelchair. I think I am a nice guy, very caring and a good listener. I dont smoke or do any drugs. Just the occasional drink.
