I'm an open and honest kind of woman, because how else are you going to get to know me, and I really wouldn't want to be any other way. I'm silly, funny (most of the time!), I absolutely LOVE my job (though it's not your typical 9-5) and can carry a tune if I do say so myself! Healthy living and whole foods eating are my jam (my bread and butter, actually!). I have 2 kids and we're a pretty tight crew. Board games, books, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Pokemon and video games are our life! That and broccoli, cauliflower and chia seed pudding! They are lovely well, of course I"m going to say that....but they really are!). I like to have goals and (flexible) plans to get there. I also meditate and listen to the wisdom in stillness. I'm a teacher, a motivator, a goofball, a trainer, a life cheerleader and a believer in the good.
