Like so many others here, I did not expect to find myself starting over again and looking for a new relationship. We cannot however completely control the fates that shape our world. Destiny is where destiny takes us. When life happens, all we can do is shake the sand off our shoes, take a bold step forward, reach out, and start building once again. Fueled by the hopes and dreams within us, and with a reasonable expectation that some of those hopes and dreams will come true, we find the courage and strength to move on.

While it is good to think about life and the word we live in, it is more important that we actually live! Only through living can we find love and meaning in our lives. Life has to include joy, fun, and happiness. I like having fun and I am looking for more of it in my life. Work must be balanced with play, for playing is what creates the life force within us. I love cooking, entertaining, socializing, laughing, going out for supper with friends and everything else that everyone enjoys. We all know fun, but each individual has their own opinion of what truly is fun. Talking a walk in the park watching the Autumn leaves fall from the trees, is a wonderful feeling: sharing that feeling with another person makes it even more special. Like everyone else here on this site I am looking to give love, and be loved. And when I say love, I mean love: I'm not here looking for sex. Sex without love is empty and meaningless.
