I am new to the DC area living by Fairfax and Chantilly in Virginia. I moved here on Thanksgiving after getting a new job which promised professional and financial growth.

I'll gladly answer any questions you may have. Just like most women on here want a decent and respectable guy I want the same qualities in a woman.

I am interested in being with a woman who has the whole package to offer, meaning beautiful on the inside and out. I want a woman who is emotionally available, financially secure, and mentally secure like myself who is with in driving distance that is actually capable of having a relationship offline in real life.

I am sorry I am not interested in anyone looking to text forever or have long distance relationships, overseas relationships, people who are delusional thinking a string of text can substitute for having something that is real, and people with out a phone number. So after about a week of texting the odds are I'll just be going to look for someone who is serious about finding someone or meeting people.

I do this because:

* Time and life won't stop for anyone.

* I also know not making a decision is still a decision.

* If it's important enough for me to take my time to respond to texts from woman I should at least be important enough to meet in person and call otherwise there is nothing there to begin with.

* We all have a limited amount of time we can have kids responsibly and I would like to have kids of my own someday.

* Having kids at 50 waiting on women I should have passed up isn't an option for me. I also know that women between 30-45 typically are not in a relationship with older men in their 50s because they really love them. Women that are over 45 typically can't have kids or have major difficulties having them.

I won't let the indecisive, the insecure, the irresponsible, people who refuse to get their shit together or like to settle for excuses instead of results create my outcomes in my life. It's not personal I would rather write people off who are a complete waste of my time and move on instead of being deprived of what I want out of life. I also won't settle for a bunch of excuses instead of the desired results.
