What you see is what you get! I am a much travelled, visiting & solvent POM, with no debts or major money worries. I have a 3 bed bungalow alongside the beach and have now successfully applied for a permanent visa to stay in Australia. I am healthy, quite active and certainly not ready to be a couch potato... LOL.

Time is not a prime factor in my finding an ideal partner, having been widowed for 15 yrs now, I feel it is more important to find the right person to share my life with, I’m not unhappy with my own company but do greatly miss the love and company of a good woman. My daughter, an australian citizen with her partner, who live mainly in Sydney and is the life and soul of my party.

However, I now feel the time is right for me to get back into a long term, open, loving relationship again with an understanding & broad minded partner, preferably, one who is not bogged down with life's baggage & commitments that restrict their ability to undertake whatever in life may please them. Ultimately, I’m looking for a loving partner not a girlfriend I want to share my life with someone again with all that entails: love, passion, friendship, companionship, trust, sharing joys and troubles, helping to make each other's lives easier & happier, enlarging each other's worlds. I'm not interested in casual relationships power struggles, Control freaks, alcoholics or dating gold-diggers! Etc. I treat ladies with respect and hopefully receive the same back.
