A few hints: descend from the champagne region in France, NCAA Division I athlete in the United States, scuba and snorkeling to keep up with sharks and whales, international trade and diplomacy lover of jaguars, panthers, horses, lions, octopus, arthropods, arachnids, hummingbirds, orchids, butterflies and bees.
Is it fair then to leave out wine women and song? Would a fabulist leave out adventure, true crime, science fiction and film? Can an Alsatian forget Champagne, le vin des vins, sauternes, eiswein, roquefort and brie cheese, paella, lasagna, crepes suzette and creme brulee? Only a fox would sour on the grapes, apples, cherries and orchards that produce the simple things that at its foundation really are the best things in life. We would all be obese and unhealthy if we were to indulge like gourmands and die of gout, so shake off the cobwebs and come along on an adventure to find out.
