I take life seriously but like to have fun sometimes silly fun. I'm looking for "the" long term relationship! I currently live in Albuquerque, NM but am originally from Wichita, KS. I am looking outside the box - geographically speaking - for the man that I'm meant to be with for the long term. I'm upbeat and enjoy spending time with the people in my life that I love...and my dog Abbey. I have been a single parent to a beautiful daughter who is now 19, so it's time for me to focus on myself :) I love to cook for people, do little fix-it projects around the house, I'm always reading a book (old novels are my fave's) and enjoying the outdoors if the weather is permitting. I believe in "if you can't say something nice about someone, don't say anything at all". I'm not a game player and would like to meet a man who also does not play games. I apologize if that sounds harsh, but I don't want to have my time and energy wasted....I won't waste yours. P.S. - it is difficult for me to find pics of just myself!! There's always someone else in my pictures - so I'm only posting 1, but it's from May, 2010.
