Hello, I'm Misty. I'm born and raised in Alabama. Growing up, food was an important part of my life. Twice a month, my grandparents would host a "Sunday Dinner" for the family. Holidays were special with preparation starting sometimes months in advance. So, it was only natural that I began to gravitate in learning from my family and experimenting with my own touches.

I thoroughly enjoy cooking and when it's praised by those I prepare it for, whoosh! That just fills my heart to know I made someone happy by giving them a good meal.

Don't look for me at your local bars or clubs because I'm a total home body. Now, if you want me to go to them with you once in a while, that's perfectly fine. I don't drink myself, but I don't snub my nose at those who do. I'm not particularly a preachy person when it comes to things like that.

I've been told I'm very nurturing. A good "grounding rod" as some have called me. I'm not loud or gossipy. I respect others boundaries and beliefs and in return expect the same.

I do enjoy listening to all sorts of genres of music, but not so much into the newer country, gospel christian themed music. That being said, I'm not really religious at all. I won't be rude or snarky to those that have one, but don't try to convert me to a religion.

Let's see. What sorts of subjects interest me? Well, I do love a good ghost story; so supernatural topics are fascinating to me. Naturally, food is a favorite subject. Then, there's music, an occasional movie. I used to enjoy dancing quite a bit, but the old bones don't move quite as well as they used to, sadly. I like pets, even if I don't have one of my own at the moment. I enjoy listening to people's life stories and sharing a few of my own. Let me tell ya, my ancestors were wild apparently (lol). I do enjoy watching people play games on Twitch and Youtube, but I'm not really a gamer myself.

I'm really just looking for some friendship, initially. If we seem to get along just fine, I don't mind dating or marriage at some point. So, yeah. If you're looking for a chubby Southern lady, feel free to send a message. Have a wonderful day/night!
