I live in Hemel Hempstead. I moved here 8 years ago after my divorce I have 2 adult children 27and 24 my son lives with me part time these days.
I work in the print industry being a director can be hard work but has to be done. I'm 50 but definitely don't act my age lol give me sunshine,****ails and good music to dance too there's no pipe and slippers in my life lol
I do love to laugh nothing better and people say I'm a funny guy (that's in funny ha ha not funny peculiar honest lol). I like to think I'm a good laugh, but I suppose that's for someone else to decide. When I'm with the right person I'm definitely a very sensitive, caring guy. It seems I do wear my heart on my sleeve, sometimes not a good thing as I've found to my cost. That's the way I am so I'm not going to change. I'm a good listener and always try to see things from the other persons point of view but I will say if I don't agree !!
I'm a tactile person but importantly that doesn't mean I'm a groping perv by the way.
I'm definitely an Old romantic at heart.I like holding hands and really don't mind public displays of affection its how it should be I think. I would say I'm still looking for "THE ONE" I live in hope that she must be out there somewhere!! I've looked but I'm yet still to find. All I want is to find someone who will love me and I can love in return so I can give my all. I think this isn't too much to ask, but then again PROBABLY??
I'm a kind caring loving person I don't do dramas life's just too short. I do consider myself to be NORMAL guy, if there is such a thing as NORMAL. Everyone has different perceptions of that one. I don't have any emotional baggage and what has happened in the past has made the person I am today so not complaining. For some reason I do love to dance and thankfully I can. I don't do it much these days it's not I don't want to but venues full of children lol.My mates have got used to it now and I keep telling them its not an excuse for not getting a round of drinks in. I get down the gym 2-3 times a week normally but not a fanatic just to keep myself relatively fit but I'm never going to run a marathon. I will say a good night out is great but there is nothing better than a night in front of the telly with a nice meal and a good bottle of wine with the right company of course, really Clichè I know and everyone seems to have it their profile its just as long as its not every night!!
I can and do actually cook and actually really enjoy too my kids buy me cook books for xmas so that must say something, is that good or bad but I am a bit of a domestic God lol

Over the years I have travelled quite a bit but mostly in a previous life. Love getting away whether it be to the sun, exploring a foreign city or just walking along a wet windy beach in Devon. I do have to be honest and say I love sunny climbs and hot weather so always first choice if i have a choice. I've just reignited my love of photography so means I have to travel a lot more now to take photos of the lovely sights I've seen .......any excuse to travel lol
Well that is sort of the edited version I suppose theres always questions, you ladies can be really nosey (joke) if you want me to elaborate hey you'll just have to ask.
Must admit I'm really getting tired of being "on the shelf" where's my partner in crime my best friend and lover I need to be rescued as I'm starting to gather dust and would love to find someone to come and dust me off please !!!!! Where is the amazing woman that I will love and cherish and she will do the same in return.
