Involved in social justice causes, including immigration racial cultural/interreligious awareness issues. Involved in restoration of historic buildings. Enjoy kayaking, sailing, camping, biking, walking, yoga, concerts, grilling, hottubing, cuddling, skinny dipping, sunbathing, watching the sunrise and sunset, laying in the grassy meadow with arms and legs entwined with a partner watching the moon and dreaming of our next adventure, candlelight dinners, riding through the countryside in my classic 1977 convertible holding hands and kissing, reading and discussing philosophy and existential questions of life, taking road trips, attending Church in Des Moines, implementing my list of 66 things that bring me joy in life and assist in walking a path of reclaiming myself when I seem to have wandered in a wilderness of feeling unmotivated, affirming the goodness of humankind, passionately celebrating love daily.
