I'm an American in NYC, a status I hope will change to a Franco-American in Paris. I plan to move to France after a 90-day trip to FR, arriving in mid-September. At this juncture, I think my destination will be Bordeaux. I speak and behave like I am 33 - a magic number it turns out, given the French country-code and the BDX postal/zip code are 33.
Love fitness and a clever/witty sense of humor. I have an insatiably curious mind, and have enjoyed the French custom of le debate emphatique since I was 10 years old I'm adopted, and I've learned a lot about how important nature can be. My ethnicity is actually French, and I have long fit the myriad French personality traits. My body type is also French, as are other aspects of the body.
Besides a good sense of humor, I would love to meet a kind, intelligent, intellectual and sportif man. I love good food and wine, road trips, cycling, skiing, SUP, hiking, people watching in outdoor cafes, good films and peak tv series et plus!. My languages in order of proficiency are Anglais (the correct kind: Californie english I still like Brits, though. Just wish they'd clue in about the collective singular: Second is Espagnole (I'm fluent); and in third place is French, but I hope to achieve fluency by the end of my 90-day trip. C

I also love those long Frenchie intellectual debates into the wee hours, while sipping champagne and munching on Charcuterie.
Overly-long emails and questionaires, and a few other things we can discuss, are traits I am working hard to overcome. Excellent editing skiils would of course be a plus in a man, though It probably would not be in first place. I have and appreciate in others a kind of self-deprecating humor. And I can't stand people who cannot or will not admit in any way they are not perfect. I like more, "I'm sorry about that. I got it wrong." To me that makes someone more impressive, not less.
Smart, curious, funny, kind are at the top for me.
Look forward to the first attempt in my life to do online dating, and then that old custom of dating in person when I come to France. meeting people in person when I come to France. In closing I promise to limit any future writing to 2,500 words or less.:)
