IMPORTANT: (1) I am currently at my house in SIMFEROPOL, CRIMEA (which I dislike greatly – it is too isolated and too far from the SEA). Consequently, I have put the Simferopol house up for sale. I will be leaving VERY, VERY soon for Ukraine! – I still own an apartment in ODESSA – which is on the SEA (which I love!!!!); (2) Odessa would be a nice city in which to live, especially in a HOUSE built away from the city center and very close to the BEACH; (3) For some reason (probably "sanctions" by the U.S. government) my CREDIT CARDS do NOT work on this web site or any other web sites while I am in CRIMEA or Russia.

I am a retired medical doctor and medical software programmer - I retired earlier than usual: "I worked in order to live; I did NOT live in order to work." I moved to Odessa, Ukraine permanently in 2010., buy anywhere my new wife wishes to live will be OK with me – as long as it is on the SEA or OCEAN.
