My faith comes first in my life. I live pretty simply now. I think I'm a pretty good listener, compassionate, and caring, especially for those that struggle with things in life; addiction, mental health etc. Been there myself. It's liberating to know that my happiness is not based on the things of this world but I'm thinking ahead a little further to eternity.

I like to cook, well, sometimes. I've had my granddaughter who just turned 5 with me for a year now. I think my patience has grown? LOL! I guess I wouldn't make it in the macho, sports, TV buff, chomping on wings at the sports bar having a beer with the boys I'm just becoming more content with what I have. I have 4 grown up children that are on their own but I do my best to be there for them. I have been single now for about 6 1/2 years and learned huge lessons in that alone I enjoy reading and always trying to learn something new.
