I'm a great listener and communicator. Expressions of emotion are quite common. I can be too blunt for some, but my words are chosen with care because my ultimate goal in life is to do no harm. I don't believe in playing games and you won't have to guess what I'm thinking; I'm no mind reader and I don't expect you to be. I can be extremely objective and I know the difference between when someone needs to vent and when that person wants input. I am decisive and well-organized and am where I say I'll be early.
