After many years abroad growing up and studying in London and Australia , I have decided to return to this Island to retrace my youth. I am grateful for a wonderful education which qualified me as a research Scientist with the Ministry of Agriculture in the UK and in Oncology research in Australia. I am temporarily "retired form Employment" for the moment, and I feel that I am privileged to be able to reside in two other countries in addition to this one. I am a fit and healthy individual that has a huge interest in music (western mainly.. I have played in many bands in UK and Australia , mainly singing and playing congas)) Rock,Jazz, funk latin styles and in the process of "attempting to write a musical around the theme of "ageing and care" I enjoy cooking and entertaining and love dining lunch or dinner in interesting restaurants. I am a dedicated follower of fashion trends and collect vintage clothing( I wear them occasionally when its not too Hot :-) that goes back to the 60s , and I am pedantic about my grooming (my mustache in particular :-) Would love to meet up with a female that would not be shy of my wacky sense of humour and fine conversation around many subjects . I live in the south and often make Day trips to Colombo.Would Love to meet up with a Lady and take in the sights, beach walks or Hotels would be fun.
