I have recently moved from London, UK, to Portugal. My dear wife unexpectedly died a year ago and left me this fantastic villa in the hills of the Algarve, 10 kilometres from the very lovely town of Tavira. I am the son of a very successful 60's Soho striptease club owner who was Paul Raymond's main rival. I'm a musician and I play guitar, bass, sing and a bit of drums, I'm also a DJ (looking for work here), film editor and in London I built and ran my own recording studio which I am hoping to rebuild here. I have played in quite a few bands none of which you will have heard of but I would like to join another here maybe. My taste in music is a broad church and I have a huge record collection which I am currently converting to CD's. I have a flat in London which is being let so I do have some income, though I will have to watch the pennies. I have 4 lovely daughters, all grown up and living in England. I also have two crazy, loveable dogs who play fight all the time. I am a West Ham United football supporter and like watching or listening to matches a lot. I also like reading, soap opera's, dancing, film and radio. I may be 55 years old but in my head I am 22, ha ha! I do like a drink in the evening and I also smoke which I am trying to cut down. At present I am a bit over weight but since I have been here I have lost a stone and hope this will continue until I reach my goal which is 11.5. I've been divorced homeless, brought up two of my girls on my own from little ones, formed a publishing company with my wife to print my Dad's autobiography and plenty more. I am a survivor.

I am looking for a new partner to share my new life with. I am a faithful man so when I find the right woman that's it, I'm hers and no one else's. I do appreciate other women's beauty though. I've had a couple of relationships where my partner was so possessive, if I so much as commented on another woman's good looks I was in trouble. I couldn't take another one of those please. I like an attractive face, a body that goes in and out in all the right places and am not averse to a little squidge. A good sense of humour, romantic, intelligent, open/broad minded and sociable. I like cooking but I also liked being cooked for. Good personal hygiene, manners, independence, good money sense, and practicality are things I am looking for too. I like hugs and kisses and making love, but, I don't like clingy. I bet you're thinking, 'Blimey! this guy doesn't want much does he?' Maybe my expectations are a little high but I've been through the mill a few times and I've learned to my cost that I need to let my head rule my heart in future. I've fallen in love too easily before. I do know what kind of person is right for me. That's me, how about you?
