It makes ourselves better from the experiences. Let's memorize all the good things, cherish what we have right now, and create a cozy home together.

I am fortunate to work in a field I love, treating children with various backgrounds of trauma. It is quite satisfying, meaningful and keeps me grounded. Besides that I try to make everyday count. I exercise, spend times with friends or family, cook, bake and enjoy down time just enjoying simple pleasures. I love to travel and take every opportunity to see new places.

I'm really good at enjoying whatever it is I am doing. I love to cook, bake and host dinner parties, especially during the holidays. I'm really great at being a friend.

I enjoy reading books only when I'm traveling because I prefer to be doing more active things. When I do read I prefer non-fiction, stories about crime or things related to my field. I love learning so anything that furthers my knowledge in different areas of interest is always a good read (I can be somewhat of a nerd Movies...I prefer Indie or foreign because I enjoy the dialogue and more in depth character development. My favorite movies are Dangerous Beauty and Life is Beautiful. Music...I love all sorts but not crazy about either Country or any heavy metal rock. As for food...I think variety is the spice of life and I enjoy trying new things, and especially love sushi, a good juicy steak or anything my taste buds find delightful!

Making every day count and doing my best to notice all the gifts each day brings. I spend a lot of time thinking of all the good things happening in my life while also being mindful about the things I still need to work on to improve.
