I like a daily dose of nature, a kind smile, and gentle reminders to appreciate and be grateful for life. I don't have it all figured out, I don't always wake up on the sunny side of the bed, but I work at making shifts to accept where I'm at and ask for the courage to look at what I'd like to change. For me, it’s important to pause from time to time to soak in the lessons of life and listen for next steps. My daily practice in meditation sets the tone for my day and provides support for my life.
