I am blessed with so many opportunities in life,counting my blessings everyday.Lifes ups and downs keep me in perspective with the world around me,even the least desirable experiences can help nurture better characters. Its humbling to realize that i am not perfect and i dont have to be. The older i grow, the more inadequate in knowledge i feel. The world is so big and colorful, life itself is a mystery and full of surprises, i try to have a fresh eye for every new day,stay curious,ready to explore and experience what life brings on next.

I believe in harmony and balance, choose to live in an active and healthy lifestyle that reflects physical and emotional fitness. Not a fanatic, i do visit the gym regularly for a moderate workout. Fruits and veggies make up a big portion of my diet, but a fun life must not just be about fruits and veggies, i make a killer seafood fettuccine.

I am a nature lover appreciate all the outdoors in our beautiful pacific new world, cant be happier when i am out in the woods hiking and breathing in that crisp mountain air. In the midst of a busy life i often make an effort to slow down and can be found content having a lazy day in the city with no plans, or wandering in a small seaside town checking out an art gallery or a second hand bookstore,sitting in a roadside cafe and watching the world go by. You notice the details in life when you slow down and smell the roses.
