Hello and thank you for reading my profile. I'm not sure that this site will work, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
I'm a UK businessman who is in the process of relocating to Yangon, Myanmar (Ive been here approximately 48 hours).
I'm in my late 40's and full of the worldly experiences that come with age…got the t-shirt if you know what I mean. I'm not a striking super model but neither have I been hit in the face with the ugly stick (okay, I may have bumped a few branches as I fell from the tree), I'm just a regular guy. I'm a bug/tall man (ex-rugby player) and currently carrying a few extra pounds, but they are dropping fast. If you are looking for a racing snake, it's not me. I am always well groomed and take pride in my appearance…and yes ladies, I am acquainted with a bar of soap.
I plan to be living in Yangon for the next couple of years (at least) and will have my own 2/3 bed apartment or house (when I find something suitable), car/driver etc. I'm well on the way getting all the usual practical issues resolved but there is a significant void... someone to share the highs and lows of daily life in this part of the world.
Ideally I would like to establish a friendship with a female who is in a similar situation. Someone with whom I can share a meal, meet for drinks, laugh together, entertain and generally be relaxed in each others company. I love to talk, so the ability to hold a decent conversation is essential :-) . I'm a very easygoing, friendly person with a "live and let live" attitude. I have no preference regarding age, looks, or race although you will probably be between 40 and 60 and an english speaker. I almost always find the beauty in everyone I meet so will not restrict myself to a shopping list of must haves".
I offer reliable support, loyal friendship companionship two ears and, rest assured, I'm a gentleman.
