Hello there , i would like to tell you more about my self since i guess you very intriguing to know more about me, I am easy going (most of the time), and easy to be and talk with. I am a bit conservative, but have a true adventurous spirit. I am simple in a complex way, and an idealistic-realist. Most who meet/know me say I am fun, open, accepting, warm, dedicated and honest.

I am comfortable in most situations but my preference is casual. I am a caring, patient and a loyal friend lover I love listening to all kinds of music (its a bonus if it is live), good food, good conversation and good friends. I have tried a lot of things, not saying I am good at most of them... I enjoy variety, adventure and travel both in the US and global), swimming,playing volleyballand hiking exercise.... I enjoy learning things that expand my mind, heart and soul and I enjoy a good, lively, intelligent and Philosophical discussion.

The more I live and learn the less I know... it seems that health and wellness is not all about life and death, but also grace, peace, love, happiness, laughter and smiles... and a mystery that waits to be understood by us all...Thank you...
