Time to update the profile I think!

My new motivation for being on Loveawake is to meet a wonderful person to be with. I want to find someone that fits with me. Not in the way that puzzle pieces fit but rather the way in which a great pair of jeans fit, not perfect but comfortable. I have been on tried before and have met many wonderful people but finding the right one is tough. I'm optimistic by nature though, so I refuse to give up. Besides, I am happy to make new friends along the way.

So what am I looking for? To start a friend. Someone outgoing with similar interests. Must be funny and think that I'm funny too. Smart, open and honest, down to earth, patient and positive. Someone to go exploring, spend time, laugh talk and share things with. Not surprising right? But I am cautious when it comes to relationships. I don't like dramatics and avoid complications. I do this by remembering what I think the best parts of a relationship are. The same things you get from loving friends. If there is chemistry then that would be wonderful too.

Me? I'm bias...but here goes :) I like to laugh and try very hard to surround myself with the positive. Stress stresses me out so I try to keep it simple. I'm an active and healthy quasi vegetarian but would rather be active with others in the world. I'm creative and passionate about ideas. I have lots of them, but am not afraid to jump from project to project. Don't fret, that's not how I view relationships. My creative outlets are painting, writing, woodworking, cooking and teaching. The first two of which I do NOT do well. As for the others, I have been told I do them well enough. I'm rarely afraid to try things and never let my masculinity or pride get in the way.
