Prepared to climb aboard my train? I'm on a road to exciting personal developments in 2013.

For the past 15 years (including most of 2012), i was a typical executive accountant where I worked 12 hour + days, worked every public holiday and would sometimes sleep the night under my office desk! i rarely conversed to anyone during the coarse of my job unless; (1) they were twisting my arm for an extra few thousand in their budget or (2) to try and stop them from adding me to their hate list after the monthly company departmental charges went through.

Who was I kidding? An executive accounting life certainly didn't fit my bright bubbly persona, nor did it assist with my bursting energy levels. The words, "vibrant accountant" when used together flagged an oxymoron, but if used separately...i discovered could have me bounding out of bed every morning to a new exciting career for myself!

I bought my awareness to what i really valued the most in my life. I realised that MY most important value is the act of helping and giving to others! So this is where my little "express" train ride began!

Through the latter part of 2012, I studied, I learned AND i graduated to become an Accounting Tafe Teacher. It's everything I could ever imagine plus more. I enjoy an extra 30-40 hours of free time per week! With this valuable time I like to keep fit and healthy by playing beach volleyball, going for a long roller skate or ride, hitting the gym or pool, as well as Yoga and meditation to balance the mind and body on a weekly basis.

On my weekends I love to go camping and fishing, i trek through the bush, rock climb in the mountains, paint a picture, or just hang out with my friends at a local park or market. I also love to play in the garden planting fresh herbs, fruit and veg.

I am now looking for someone to join my little train ride. To share in this amazing world that we live.

So this brings me to my New Years resolution- to live in the current moment and never allow the bigger picture to over shadow ANYTHING!
