I'm a fun loving, easy going guy who loves travelling, dining in/out, socialising with friends or simply staying in and enjoying TV and / or good company. I have a dry, quick wit and I do kiss better than I cook, but that's for me to know and for you to find out!

I enjoy cooking (preferably not for one), love a chinwag and I enjoy the outdoors (weather permitting) - life is so different with so many opportunities when the sun is shining and the weather is good, and even better if you have that special someone to share it all with.

Every man should have at least 6 signature dishes, and it's fair to say that you would be in for a treat with some of the cuisine I can create. If you don't know how to cook, I can.

My travels have taken me to over 20 Islands around the world and interesting places like Morocco, Egypt, Australia, USA and Turkey, the Channel Isles and the Shetland Isles...to name a few places!

2011 saw me in Fuerteventura, the Shetland Isles and Dublin and 2012 started with a winter break in Lanzarote and a bike trip recently around the Shetland Isles...good times :-)

I passed my bike test in Guernsey many years ago, and enjoy the fun and freedom that 2 wheels brings.

My ideal partner would be one that appreciates the finer things in life, is caring, sensitive, thoughtful and good fun to be with.

I'm seeking a lady with similar characteristics to me, and someone I could spend the rest of my life with to share and achieve our dreams and aspirations.

I would never forget your birthday, our anniversary and I always remember my friends' birthdays and anniversaries as well.

It's a cliche to say that the best things in life are free but it's true if you have someone special to share it with.

My friends would describe me as good fun to be with, kind hearted, honest, genuine, sincere, articulate, eloquent and astute.

Friends are the family that we choose for ourselves, and I'm lucky to have such great friends here. However, my elusive soulmate would be the icing on the cake to complete my life.

I'm past the pubbing / clubbing stage of meeting people in the cattle markets of Douglas, so I thought I would give this a try.
