I am a professional who seeks someone with same interests.

I must admit, I have an attraction to english women their cultured, mannered ways. My ideal date should be as diverse as me, comfortable in her jeans as I am, yet as at ease in her "little black dress" at the symphony or live theatre.

I would hope she would be OK with holding hands in public, but playful if I should steal a kiss on a street corner. It would be terrific if she enjoyed vino, as much as I, and like various types of music, as I have been known to enjoy a fine glass of burgundy with three good friends, including Elton, Johnny Cougar and Bach.

I would like to show her my world, but I also want to learn about her's. I want to grow with her and learn new things together as we grow in tandem.

My job requires that I work hard, so I can enjoy the things in my life that I have come to hold sacred, but still have the open mind to grow and not become stagnant.

I would hope she is an intellect, and it need not be from obtaining a sheepskin, as it can be from the School of Hard Knocks, from which everyone can learn. Ultimately, I want to look into her eyes and know that she loves me, and she will see that same mirrored image through the windows to my mind.

She must be giving, as am I. She should also realize that kindness is key, that there is NO reason to be rude to anyone, especially to those who are less fortunate.

I am at the point in my life where I have worked to achieve a standard of living that is good. It would be great if she, too, has attained said level, but it is not, as they say, a deal-breaker.

For I am generous to a fault, but I am someone of whom will not be taken advantage.

Finally, I believe in God, but it's OK if I miss Sunday morning church when I am elsewhere, as God IS everywhere. If I sound like someone you'd like to meet, please contact me.
