I am tall, intelligent (I.Q. 3+ standard deviations above the mean) and athletic. I have long, wavy, auburn hair and hazel eyes. I also have a long goatee and whiskers. I am Amritdhari, and I should only marry someone who has also taken Amrit.

I have a bachelor of science degree in computer science and I work as a software engineer/Java developer. I have also worked as a teaching assistant, as a published researcher, as a tutor, and as a figure model. I plan to continue my education in Texas and obtain a Ph.D in either computer science, mathematics, and/or statistics. I plan to work in the U.S. and possibly retire to a foreign country.

I am a simple guy; I just try to do my work well and do seva when I can. I am, perhaps, rough around the edges, but I am charming in my own way, nonetheless. Rather than go out and party, I prefer to stay at home and work or relax.

I love to laugh and I enjoy humor that involves using literary devices in novel ways. In conversation I like to discuss abstract things such as politics, religions, philosophy and metaphysics.

For hobbies, I enjoy playing instruments, exercise, cooking and reading. I primarily play guitar and violin, but I can also sing, and play piano and the harmonium. I enjoy lifting weights, swimming and running. When I read, I generally read something about computer science, but I also read classical literature, philosophical works and scriptures.
